FSBI, the parent holding company for Fidelity Bank, PaSB, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania (the "Bank"), announced that its Annual Meeting of Stockholders was held yesterday, Tuesday, February 13, 2007. At the meeting, Donald J. Huber, Robert F. Kastelic and Oliver D. Keefer were elected as directors each for a three-year term expiring in 2010.
